Planned Preventative Maintenance…
PPM is the most important factor of maintenance, which comprises scheduled periodic site visits enabling continual optimum performance of all plant and equipment.

Breakdown Attendance…
In the event of plant failure, a breakdown attendance service is available which guarantees the client that downtime of plant and equipment is minimal.

Emergency Call-Out Facility…
This facility is offered on a 24 hours per day, 365 days per year basis and provides an immediate response to mechanical and electrical failure within a guaranteed on-site arrival time of 2 hours.

Comprehensive Maintenance…
This feature offers full cover for a fixed annual sum.

Caretaker/Residential Maintenance…
Domino offers permanent, fully supervised manning of occupied and unoccupied premises, enhanced by the back up of mobile technicians and emergency call-out facilities.

Contract Planning and Administration…
Domino employs comprehensive contract planning and administrative procedures to ensure smooth running of the client contract which include:

  • - preparation of operations and maintenance procedures
  • - preparation of comprehensive maintenance check-lists
  • - planning and scheduling the frequency of inspection and maintenance visits
  • - organising and supervising the operations and maintenance team
  • - preparation of regular status reports
  • - advising the client on engineering matters relating to their individual site / sites

All of Domino Building Services staff are fully mobile and guarantee to be on site within two hours of a call-out.
