Following agreement with the client on specification and programmes, our planning office will provide installation and commissioning schedules for client approval and for our project team to operate.
Any associated construction or refurbishment works will be fully interpreted to suit client requirements and the following procedures will be observed:
Project management reviews of progress - Quality assessments of plant and workmanship
- Reliability assessment and performance reports
- Completion inspection and commissioning tests
- Development of detailed plant, equipment and records system
- Establishment of preventive maintenance programme
- Creation of information systems for operational support
We also supply a full air conditioning design, installation and maintenance service for split and multi-split systems, close controlled temperature systems for specific environments and are approved installers for major manufacturers.
